MTC superior powder coating capabilities enable customers to select coating surface finishes specific to meet the highest quality coating technology's. We have licensed Platinum application accreditation with the worlds leading powder coat suppliers Jotun and Akzo Nobel.

Our final pretreatment process applies and cures a polymer chromate coating. This coating acts similarly to a chromate conversion coating on aluminum and prevents the formation of positive and negative sites on the surface as it seals the substrate immediately after passivation. Chromate conversion coating process provides excellent corrosion resistance and enable excellent adhesion and bonding to painted finishes.

The pre treatment, powder application process, quality management system and procedure are critical to the long term performance to powder coating. Stainless steel Mesh: Premium powder coating to a minimum thickness of 60um.  Akso Nobel, Interpon D approved applicator for stainless steel.
Aluminum Frame: Premium powder coating to achieve the AIMF Qualicoat approval and Interpon D approval for Aluminum profiles.
