Responsibilities:

Managing & administration of the company payroll and benefits processes to ensure accurate and compliance with company procedure and regulatory standards

  • Update employment records related hiring, transferring, promotion, and termination and for any changes of wages, shift, face scan code, holiday, and time attendance conditions using for payroll calculation.
  • Review time attendance, leave, and overtime records to ensure data in the HR system are completed and accurate.
  • Calculate and update applicable additions and deductions such as allowance, student loan fund, provident fund, and other deductions ordered by court, etc.
  • Provide training and support to employees on payroll matter: time attendance, benefits, leave requests, and self-check data in the HRCI system, etc.
  • Track employee absences and update types of leave such as personal leave, sick leave, and/or extended leaves. If necessary.
  • Coordinate with supervisor/manager of employee who has been absent for 3 consecutive days to confirm the case and prepare termination letter if needed.
  • Resolve discrepancies or errors from previous payment or retroactive increases.
  • Provide and submit monthly/yearly reports: Internal reports, provident fund report, tax report, social security fund report, etc. related payroll& benefits
  • Provide pay slip and salary certificate to employees upon request.
  • Implement and maintain payroll best practices to improve efficiency and processes.
  • Support and provide advice to employees about company working regulations, HR procedures, and need for compliance including disciplinary actions.
  • Contact the payroll application service provider to resolve errors or improve/develop system.
  • Manage and control face scan machine and basic maintenance.
  • Support other tasks in HR function and cross functional team work as required by superior

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Human resources, Accounting, Business Administration, or similar filed.
  • A minimum of 3 years of experience administering payroll, HRIS and benefits processes in manufacturing industry.
  • Strong knowledge in personal income tax, labor laws, and disciplinary procedures.
  • Advanced mathematical skills and strong attention to detail.
  • Proficient in MS office: Excel and Word.
  • Familiar with payroll software, HRC program would be advantaged.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Able to work under pressure and strict deadlines.

Responsibilities:

  • Production-planning supervision, scheduling for production, preparing production schedules for manufacturing of industrial or commercial products.
  • Making sure each operation meets shipping dates according to sales forecasts or customer orders.
